What is NCTT Academy
(NCTT) NATIONAL CAREERS TRADES & TECHNOLOGY Academy is a K-12 career and technical education (CTE) academy designed to prepare students for success in **skilled trades and technology careers.** Through the **PreCore curriculum**, students develop foundational **math, measurement, and problem-solving skills**, while our **FirstSkilled (Trades) and FirstSkilled IT (Tech) after-school programs** provide real-world training and mentorship.
Career Trades Pathway:
(Workforce Readiness & Apprenticeships for Skilled Trades) Introduction to construction, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more. Hands-on learning using tools, materials, and real-world problem-solving. Pre-apprenticeship training and certifications for career readiness. Connections with industry mentors and job placement support.
IT & Digital Skills Pathway:
(Technology-Focused Learning for Digital Careers) Training in AI, coding, cybersecurity, and IT fundamentals. Interactive projects in robotics, web development, and data analytics.
